Strangely enough, while the white puffs seem to work right, the black, pink, and light blue variations of the item are layered even worse.
When you wear the waist puffs, the base boxers are shown when you turn around. (Not on white though...)
Plus, The item layers over EVERYTHING. Capes, tails, and other items that go down your back.
I don't think it's layered right at all.
