Kaleidoscope Star Issue

I just purchased a Kaleidoscope Star with gc. I went to my inventory to open it, and instead of receiving an item, I got this message:
I cannot open it, and my gc is gone.

I would like to either have the item removed and my gc refunded, or have this fixed. Thank you.

I am also having this issue and would agree.

I bought the 10 pack and was able to open the first two. However, at around 12:30 or so, I kept receiving this error message and can't open the remaining eight.

Yeah, I can't open mine either... Says the same thing, I'm kinda frustrated. Haven't even got to open a single one yet. :

I'd give it 24 hours and try it again, and if it still says that file a billing inquiry under 'contact us'.
