issue in the pms

I am having an issue in my private messenger. I can't send any more pms to my friends or to people in general. I could like a few weeks ago but now I can't. It's been like this for like two weeks now and I don't know if anyone else is having this issue. I can do if preview the my post but can't send it. I don't know if this only happening on my laptop but I can make an update if I can't do it any where else. I did find out that I can do it on my iPod Touch.
