Inventory Item Gone Missing

Hi, I'm just wondering where the item I bought has gone. I purchased it a few days ago but it doesn't show up in my inventory.





I would really appreciate knowing what's going on and getting my item back. Thanks.

Northern Sleet is missing the tag of "Sleet", so searching "Northern Sleet" in your inventory won't pull it up.
Try searching just "northern" instead?
