Inventory/ Equipping Items Bug

I have decided to change my avatar and sell some of my items in order to get the ones I needed for my outfit. I had sold my Yakisoba Shift item and the change had not processed over to my inventory/ dress up window. I keep getting an error message, and the items I had recently unequipped are still in my inventory, saying that they are equipped, even the Yakisoba Shift that I do not have anymore. When I go to click "Get Nekkid", it does nothing to my already unclothed avatar. Then I get this error message:

I have followed those instructions, tried refreshing my page, logging off and back on, but to no avail.
What should I do?

Have you tried clearing your cookies? I had a problem similar to that, clearing my cookies fixed it.

That happened to me too ;O
I just restarted my laptop or switched to Mozilla Firefox
