If you were hacked, you should have filed a hack report. Since there is a 30 day limit on that though, there really isn't much you can do at this point. You can try filing a ticket with the help center and maybe they can restore your account to you but you won't be able to get any of your lost items/gold back.
At the bottom of the page, find the "Contact Us" link and that will take you to the help center page. Scroll down until you see the "Still can't find you answer?" link and click that. Select General Account Inquiry - My account was hacked/phished. Then just fill out the form and wait for a response. They'll more than likely reply via e-mail so make sure you have access to the e-mail associated with the account you use to file the ticket.
