I have the same problem.
I know they are aware of the problem just was checking to see if it had been fixed yet.

Same here... I still haven't received mine and I logged on everyday plus I got all 12 items. I see there's some in the marketplace as well! Not fair.

I hope they fix it soon or at least give us another update on the matter! Oh and the achievement, that would be nice as well XD
