I bought/used a vender license, now it says i dont have one - i paid 1000 gold and used it in a couple forums and now my moneys down and it says i dont even have a venders license...it wants me to get a new one...

Are you sure you bought a vending license?

What do you mean about you used it a couple of times in forums? You can't use a vending license in forums. Are you sure you didn't just buy a trading pass?
