as far as i know. goto the top of page and hover over "my gaia" click on the "my stuff" link........thatll take you to your inventory screen........click on "customize me" then at bottom of that page should be a link to "delete character" u may have to confirm the deletion...........after that you create a new avi (tho thats the part i dont know how to do as ive not done it myself)
