I spend the 1000 gold to buy a Marketplace shop way back when, and the little blue bag never appears on my icon bar thing. It hasn't even before they re-did the icon based bar. I bought the shop on Monday, January 24, 2005. Help me out?

It hasn't always worked for everyone properly.

For some people it shows the shop bag even when there are no items sweatdrop
