The Bug: I tried filing a ticket due to a problem with Trade (to view, here); however, the links Contact Us and https://www.gaiaonline.com/supportal/login/?task=ticket either load as "My Tickets", "No Results Were Found - 380", or as the "My Ticket" page of another account of mine. I've cleared the cache, cookies -- actually, everything for the past week-- but while that helps the account confusion (" or as the "My Ticket" page of another account of mine" ), it doesn't solve the situation with filing a new ticket.
Because this is a shared PC, erasing the entire cache and such and also using a different browser are methods I'm reluctant to use.

I'd appreciate any help offered.

If none of them work, you're going to have to try one of the other options of either a different browser or clearing your current browser's cache.
