Hellraiser Achievement Not Granted?

I know this is kind of late to be noticing this, but while going through the forums I found a user with the Hellraiser achievement, which was granted for being on the winning team during the 2k14 Halloween event. Beside it she also had the Demonic Associate achievement, for aligning with the demon side.

Seeing as I was also on the demon side and also got Demonic Associate, shouldn't I have also gotten the Hellraiser achievement? I have people on my friends list who were also on the demon side and got it as well.

Is there something I'm missing?

There we're a lot of users who had issues with it being granted. I had to file a ticket to recieve mine, Id suggest doing the same. smile
