Go Fusion Not Working

i was told i successfully crafted 2 snowflakes, my hearts were taken but i didn't get the snowflakes... sad seeing as i only needed 3 more for the hat...

Also having this issue, been able to use gofusion once and has been broken ever since, and they proll haven't looked into it because they have no money involved in it, seems to be a common trend with gaia.

I am also having issues with some of the Gofusion items, but not all of them?? I am in Safari, I cleared my caches etc. I can see the item, but I cannot craft them. sweatdrop Why?!
