How can I get an account unbanned?

Especially when I have no idea what it is banned for. I received a message 2AM in the morning and considering I'm from asia, I looked at it half asleep. I don't know what was going on.

The next morning, boom. Account banned.

I have been message, emailing and tried skype calling Gaia since last year sad

If you no longer have the email stating the cause for ban, message one moderator and inquire as to the reason the account was banned and ask if there's anything you can do about contesting the ban.
