Gaia house guests are invisible?

I like to have other user guests at my Gaia house. But lately, I been running into a problem. (More like myself and my guests are running into problems) Every time, I get a guest. There at my house but their like totally invisible to me and no speech bubbles period. And as for my guest, im like totally invisible to them too. It's very irritating and my guests on my meebo chats are even complaining about it too. It's not even funny, although my guests are on my friends list and I have my house set for friends only.
