Gaia Cash via sponsored offer missing?

I completed one of the sponsored offers on the Gaia cash page. It said my Gaia cash would arrive with a fifteen minute delay, but it's been several days and it hasn't come? I did several other Gaia Cash offers immediately before and after and they all worked after only a few minutes (normally I'd wait longer before fussing, but the others all arrived so quickly!).

I got a confirmation email from the sponsor, and I could screenshot that, but I didn't screenshot the page on the sponsor's site.

Also, does anyone know who I should contact? The 'Help' page is out of date (it has screenshots of the old gaia cash offers page with the old "Missing Gaia Cash?" button).

It's been doing the same thing to me... Maybe of you bring it up with the support group? I did that once and it worked..
