Gaia cash tree not working since summer! No videos to watch, everytime "sorry no videos"

I try to write letter for gaia staff.
Where is like " contact us" its okey, but where to write my problem!? where is not place for that, just "you dont have tickets", im not new in gaia, and im not a child that is using computer first time. But i have no idea, how to cantact, i need help!

Try a Help Ticket to file.

But, honestly, there are not always videos to be seen. I haven't gotten anything from Socialvibe in over a month and I used to get videos from there every other day.

Also, something that you might want to try:

Make sure you have the current version of Flash loaded in your computer.
Empty the cache.
Delete the cookies.
Reboot the system.
Then try logging back in with a fresh start.
Try a different browser.
