I've completed two offers from the Gaia Cash System
and I've never received the promised gaia cash...in the page it was saying :

" Gaia Cash will be awarded upon valid sign up. Offer reports on a 15 minute delay "

I've already signed up an account and I'm waiting for the gaia cash for more than 30 minutes
Will it come ? What is the objective of putting offers if most of them don't work ?

Gaia doesn't really control the payouts as those are sponsored ads from third-party sites. You have to report missing cash to the ad company itself. There should be a "support" or "help" option on the page of the offer you did.
