FIX THE BUGS/GLITCHES IN AQUARIUMS!!!

I've iced a bunch of my fish as well. This is upsetting.

Ok. I am so not amused by all this.
I have maybe two hours a day I can work on my gaia account.
Booty grab is my Gaia bread and butter.
I have just started to build my tank.
It's not great but they are all the fish I have!

I got the starting up your tank quests when I logged in this evening.
Then the lack of glow.
But I noticed something very odd...



Anyone else seen this little misplaced speech bubble?

Its a new in the forums of replying in a thread if you click the bubble you can easily use "Quick Reply" if your in a hurry or something..

and Maybe this is the cause of the glitch these days...is it because of the new Updates Gaia? Maybe maybe..

They're updating a lot. I went to my tank just now and discoverd a non-functioning tutorial. Annoying!

really Gaia.. a simple message saying "we know about this and plan to have it fixed by ____" would REALLY be nice!
Or even "We have no clue how to fix this and how long it would take" is better than nothing (At least then I know it's worth putting my fish on ice.)

Yeah,i knew it lots of updates in gaia...

here are a few updates ive noticed in gaia that wasn't announced :

1.The new "Quick Reply".
2.The new Quest in the aquariums
3.The new "Cool Topics" portion in the front of the forums home.

I hope gaia fixes these problems as soon as possible because i want gaia the way it was before No Glitches,Same old B.G....*sigh*...

I've been playing booty grab for hours.. what are you guys talking about no glowing? = It can't be all of the tanks...

And the aquarium quest will not work for me. It freezes up.... he keeps telling me to save when I'm done.

The biggest problem is that I've had to ice my fish. I can't afford to have them glow and not get grabbed. My tank isn't that great but it's what I am building on.

With the way things are right now. If I am not online to post the link to my tank when I glow... no one knows I'm glowing! >_<

This is the second time in less than a week our tanks have been down with little or no reports to why or what is being done.

It really makes me upset.

I mean how long would it take someone to just post.

"Sorry guys we are working on it!"

Or something.

Right now it feels like they don't care.

All we're asking for is an acknowledgement there is a problem and an estimated time of when it will be fixed.

And by looking at your tank, Crisp, it doesn't look like you're one of us that has invested much time, money, or effort into it. Maybe if you had, you would be 'stressing' also.

My girlfriend uses real money to buy her fish, too. But she isn't freaking out. She is sitting and waiting for the glitch to get over with. So, don't state "those whom spend RL money on it, blah blah."
Needless, clam down. It's a glitch, that happens to sites - so chill out, they are not doing a "mean joke," they are probably fixing it, as they stated before, just because they don't reply to every topic made does not mean they aren't fixing bugs.
It has nothing to do with the Halloween Event, if you notice they are updating the tanks again. The added a new quest with new features. In which they let you "practice" booty on your own tank.
They also added a speech bubble on the fishes head if you haven't named them yet.
They are improving the tanks for new comers.
You would obviously had notice that if you bothered going to your own tank.
So, please, all of you chill out. It's just a game, you lose a couple of hours of income, oh my.
