I keep getting a email block notice. What is it and what do I do about it?

I do as well I have changed my email twice and removed the block once. I'm starting to get worried ill get banned sad

Me too. I changed my email and I unblocked it like 3 times. I dont want to get blocked, but I have heard other people have been getting it too... but I don't know. I really haven't been doing anything in order to get banned.. sad
