Grant Database Error

Fatal error while attempting to grant: invalid_item

I tried logging out twice, tried refreshing the page, tried turning on and off my internet connection, even rebooted my computer! I don't have any other browsers to try this out on (using close to the newest Enternet Explorer on my Windows 7 computer) Idk if this is happening on other ppls browsers and/or computer software.
