i donated 50.00 dollars and i didn't get any doantion items. Then they said that I would get this donation letter thing but i never got that either was this donation thing all a big scam? crying crying

cause you dont recieve the letter until the donation is processed.

If you donated via Paypal, your transaction can take up to ten business days to process. If you still havn't had the donation letterers delivered to your inventory after the full ten days, screenshot you Paypal receipt and send it in a Feedback Form: http://reinhart.gaiaonline.com/info/feedback.php

If you donated via snail mail, it can take up to three weeks to process, so you'll most likely have to be patient.
