Daily Chance and Philosophers Caches not granting items.

For the past like 2 days not every time I click on the daily chance it says I have already claimed it but idk how that's possible when I haven't lol. It's also not letting me open my Caches. When I click on it says it's not found in my inventory and then deletes the item....
