Hello dear gaia mods
This is orina_soul_trinity using a new account
I am assuming what is going on is not my account being hacked because it is happening on masss.
I cannot log into my gaia account.
It says I am incorrect and that my account doesn't even exist!

I had to create this account due to the fact that my main account, ZebraSharpies, and my mule, iZebraSharpies, would not log in.
Also, my friend, TitaniumHeartz, is unable to log in.
I would appreciate it if you could solve this matter quickly.

Just an hour ago I was able to access my Main account "Geminai Mistario" (user ID: 5479851)

All of a sudden I refresh the mygaia page and I've been logged out and cannot log back in. Whenever I try it treats me like I can't read/type. I'm being treated like the username doesn't exist.
I use Firefox 3.6 on Mac OS X 10.4.11

I also tried visiting the profile of my main account and the username is non-existant now. Where it should say "Geminai Mistario's Profile" at the top, it says " 's Profile". I also cannot log in replacing the username with the user ID.

What the hell changed in the past hour?! I've been logged in via Remember Me for a long while now. I do know the password is correct. I haven't updated any programs in a few days as well... so I don't think this is something on my end. I'm about to file a help ticket next but reporting the bug here first since it is log-in restricting.

PS - The nature of this is telling me the account wasn't hacked. I've had the account since 06 and have avoided being hacked. I know what hacks look like. The name hasn't been changed, it's more like it's missing in the database.

Hello, my REAL username is REi Yami Hikari.

It is true that I have gone through panic thinking that my account has been the victim of a hacking, but once I searched it and reached a profile called 'undefined' I have seen many other people have had this problem.

I woud really appreciate it if this problem was fixed posthaste.

My main account The_Ginatron is no longer accessible. Its like my account never existed. This is happening on mass so i assume im not banned or hacked. Id very much like my account back please.

It kicked me off, now my friend says I'm not even on there Friend Lists and when I search my name it doesn't exist and my guild says there is no Captain.

This is a mule I just made. I'm kinda glad to know I'm not the only one, I thought I was banned or hacked.

I am with the others. My real accout XxEnslavedNekoxX won't take my password. I even tried everything I am supposed to do and I didn't get an e-mail so I could change the password (It told me the e-mail didn't exist)
I look at my username and it's like I never existed which is frustrating because I've been on the site practically since you've opened.
If there is a way to remedy this please tell me.
