I was gifted, got the pm, and then it says the gift isn't in my inventory. What do I do?!

Occasionally there is a 24-48 hour lag between being gifted and actually getting the gift.
If it doesn't appear after that, try filing a ticket under "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.
Ticket Description: General Account Inquiry > Account Status > Issues with Items/Gold

P.S. Please only make one thread about your issue, and bump it when it has fallen off the first page sweatdrop
