Every day for the last week I've been getting an error from the Shops DC saying I don't have permission to take it. It also no longer pops up the script that gives it as usual. It goes to the page it would if I didn't let the page load normally or middle clicked it. I can get all of the other DCs, but this one, no matter how many times I try, will not let me get it.
Sorry if this is a duplicate. Couldn't find it.

I've noticed that if you click on each section and do the cart by itself (As opposed to opening it up in tabs and clicking) then it allows you to grab something off the cart, however it won't work for the 'shop' section sad

UPDATE: Its now doing it on Home as well as Shops.

This always happens to me on the shops landing page while using a mobile device. However I find that if I go back later on a desktop/laptop computer I can claim the reward no problem.

Since last week I am having the same problem, always at the shops-page.

I remember I had that problem last year with...I think it was the "My Gaia" page, and I don't remember what fixed that. sweatdrop but you are not alone~

That happens for me, normally if I idle at the page for a minute it works. If that fails I just bum around gaia for a bit and then go back to it.

Most of the time it happens on shops, but have had it happen on the home page at least once. I think on the games page as well.

Yeah, it happened one the Games page with me, today, too. But it let me claim it the second time. But shops won't pay out no matter what.
