how/where do we find the billing inquiry page? thanks.
Unfortunately I can't link directly to the Billing Inquiry form.

Instructions to find it:
Start with the Contact Us link at the bottom of any page. This takes you to the "Contact Us" page on our support site.
Look at the bottom of that page for the text "Still can't find your answer? Click here to contact Customer Support." and follow that link.
You should now be looking at the "Submit a ticket" form.
Change the subject to "Account Billing Inquiry".

Its been more than 24 hours since I put in my card, and still no cash. I filled out a ticket... But, it says it takes up 7 business days for it to even be read. I'm a little pissed about this. I've bought cards in the past, and its always worked instantly... And, I had even bought two, one for a friend, and hers worked and mine didn't.

I'll wait another day or so, but if it isn't solved by then, I'm raising hell.
