how can i get to the support site to fill out a Billing Inquiry?

I can understand filling out the Billing Inquiry for missing items; however, what about missing Gaia Cash after it loaded? After redeeming the Gaia Cash Card it loaded w/i 10 min and I continued browsing the game forums, didn't buy anything w/my Gaia cash - the server crashed a few times and now I'm missing $100 Gaia cash from my initial Gaia balance - had just bought the Gaia cash card today...for $10 @ Target store....

I used a cash card on Saturday and had problems but got the cash and a zomg box4 but it is soulbound and tells me I can only sell it in store but when I go to store my inventory doesn't come up to sell anything and it won't let me sell it from inventory. I also thought we were suppose to get the crystal box but didn't get that either. Please help

I don't know if it helps but when it would bring up the screen again I just retype my PIN in that and it went thru just fine. My problem is I have entered two different cards now. I get the cash I get the penguins but I don't get the crystal box. And I see no help ticket issuing this problem. So what do I do?

put in a pin for a new 25$ cash card. I've been waiting for about 15 min....but i'll wait longer, because it did this to me before and i eventually got my cash. I hope you guys get this fixed soon though. I know you're working on it, but perhaps you can send an announcement out to tell people, so that they don't panic when they put in their pin and the cash doesn't appear. 3nodding

EDIT: got my cash. it just took a little patience. the extra item isn't in my inviro though. the crystal box or whatever it's called. Guess i'll head to the billing inquiry.
