If you get your GCash but don't get any items that the card promises, please file a "Billing Inquiry" ticket on the support site to ensure that you get the item.

I submitted a $25 cash card, got my cash after some time, got my penquins, but not the Crystal Box that is supposed to come with a $25 card. I've been trying to submit a Billing Inquiry ticket, but all I ever get is a History, no way to submit a new ticket. Any chance for a link or something?
