Cash Card bug explained

If you use a Cash Card, the feedback you get that should say "GCash successfully redeemed" is a little buggy right now.
It currently tries to show a whole new Gaia HTML page where it should only show a sentence.

This does not affect your GCash! If you have a valid Cash Card PIN then press the "redeem" button, you will get your GCash -- some users notice a lag of u to an hour. This sucks -- I know and I'm sorry. In my testing, I got my GCash in less than 8 minutes.

We're working on the issue.

If you get your GCash but don't get any items that the card promises, please file a "Billing Inquiry" ticket on the support site to ensure that you get the item.

I finally found the cause of this bug. The testing team is doing their job right now and the patch should be ready for tomorrow.

Yeah... I was wondering about this. I just got a card and I redeemed it about a half hour ago... Still no cash.

I just entered my pin, and it just refreshed the page after i hit the little redeem button.
My cash still says the same amount from before i entered my pin.
So..should i wait about an hour, comeback, and then see if it works?

Help me! I entered my PIN & it said that my card had already been redeemed but it was a brand-new NOT used cash card!!! I'm out $25 & I don't have my Gaia Cash!!!

ive been having this issue for about 2 months now and its never been THIS bad.
yes ive sent my ticket thingy but hey. im patient.
as long as im getting my cash something soon idgaf. razz

Wait....we have to submit a billing inquiry??? I've never submitted ANY inquiry...I couldn't figure out how this weird "ticket" thing works-it used to be so much easier...:sigh: Do I HAVE to submit one,or will I just eventually get my GaiaCash? I don't have a lot of money right now,so this delay on my treat for myself is really quite depressing. It makes me feel as if my money was wasted,a little bit. :sigh: I hope it just shows up and I don't have to try and figure out the new ticket system....
