cant get eyes from salon?

Hi,its been a while since i bought eyes from the salon,takes my gold($9.00) and doesnt give me the eyes,what am i doing wrong? dont know if its different from a couple of years ago,i select the eyes,pay,then go to my av. to save,but they arent there anyway,so i am just saving the old eyes, any help would be appreciated.(.the $9.00 is from three lots of eyes i tried)

If you are wearing eyes at the time of purchase from another item, the eyes purchased in the Salon will not show.
