Can't See Images

I can't see images. I recently just started happening.
My preference has everything open, so I can view all.
I don't know what is going on.

Like the image on the top of your zelda image. I can't see. Or my quest banner image in my sig.
I can't see any of it. But my preferences allow for it and can see some but not all. So I'm very upset.

This is happening for a lot of firefox users on gaia.
A couple of us found out it probably isn't photobucket
since it is happening with tinypic images as well
and a lot of us can see images fine on other browsers.
So it has to be something with gaia and firefox....
Or at least that's what I think.
A couple of users are all up to date on firefox/flash/ etc.
So I don't think that's it either.
Yeah.... I'm thinking it's gaia.

I worked so hard on all of my rp layouts and for them to all be blank all of the sudden
really sucks. And it makes it harder for me to make layouts for people I know.
It bites. It really does. I already sent a pm to an admin since I can't write tickets.
( my internet security blocks me from going to the 'contact us' link at the bottom of the page.
So I can't write a ticket. ) Hopefully she will pity me and have some good advice or redirect me
to someone who can help take care of the problem. :/ Tis been going on for a few days now.
For some users it started when the valentine's event started.

Yeah this sucks immensely. Yeah, sounds about right with the Valentine's Day, Gaiaversary event. Started just about around there, it wasn't as my images but now its worse.

Is it possible that firefox had a recent update? It doesn't sound exactly like something on gaia's end, mostly because its only happening for some people, and its not gaia images that aren't showing up..

The only thing I could suggest is making sure your firefox is the most up to date, and that you've cleared your cache/cookies. You could also try blocking ad ons for a bit to see if maybe that's something?
Otherwise I'd suggest using a new browser for the time being..

The only thing I could suggest is making sure your firefox is the most up to date, and that you've cleared your cache/cookies. You could also try blocking ad ons for a bit to see if maybe that's something?

It has already been done. Other users are up to date on firefox, java, flash, etc. and
are still unable to see the images. I am using an older version and still cannot see said images.
So no, I don't think it's firefox. :/

Yeah a few others were saying that too but it's not all images that are effected and
another user in another thread was just saying she heard that IE was also having this problem as well. { I'm only guessing that, if it is true ie users are having the same problem, they haven't said
so because few people use ie? I'm not sure. }
But yeah, I don't think it's firefox. Some people are using the newer version and are up to date on
everything while others ( like myself ) are using the old firefox version and are still having this same
problem. The images work when viewed elsewhere and it's not just photobucket images having
this problem. Images from tinypic and a few other hosts aren't showing up either. {The later of the
statement being a claim from another user.}
I just really hope it gets solved soon.
