Can't find create a ticket

Ive gone to contact us, it shows a screen with my tickets which is blank.

How do I make a ticket? I can't see any New, Create, Open options

If its defiantly there a screenshot with it highlighted would be useful, ive tried looking in IE and Chrome but the pages look the same.

You don't see the screen where you can scroll down and it says 'still can't find your answer'? That's where your link took me.

Try clearing your cache/cookies.

No for that, however clicking on links in the billing section has taken me to a create ticket section..so it will do.

I'm also having this problem. Help please? I'm trying to submit a ticket because I can't cancel one of the outfits I'm selling in the marketplace.
