buying Gaia cash and not receiving the cash bug. help!

So I am very disappointed. I bought $25 worth of Gaia cash last night and yet I still have not recieved any of my cash. Once again very disappointing because of the sales going on right now. Please Gaia fix my account.
If anyone else has any useful information I'd love to hear.

Give it 24 hours since things occasionally lag. If you still don't get the gold after that, file a Billing Inquiry for it under "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.

This happened to me earlier today. I sent them a ticket, and within a few hours they had given me my Gaia Cash! I was surprised; it usually takes days.

If you paid with Paypal, they need your the Transaction ID though - you can find it through your Paypal summary page, upon clicking on the transaction for the Gaia Cash.
