Got my house, can go in, but when more than one person tries to occupy my house, all people seem to get some error like:

Flash player is too slow, do you want to stop the script, not doing so can cause your system to be unresponsive.
OK CANCEL

and it freezes Gaia homes, if you do, and crashes browser if you don't haha.

( I can't find a thread or FAQ currently on this particular matter so I sorry if there already is 1+ of them. ^_^ )

Also it's a consistent issue and not just my house but any that was tried to have more than one occupant at the same time.

Another odd problem, that I can get around, when I leave my house it glues me to my neighbors front door eek i can enter their home and leave, or navigate etc. but it happens most any time I leave from my house.

And i'm not going to detail about certain grids becoming Dead-ends. heh think I saw that somewhere.
