Avatar items not showing up after saving?

They won't show up after I hit save.
The one's in particular are:

Astra: Waving cute pink tiger tail

Astra: Mini White Flapping Angel Wings.

Also, how many Astra items can you have equipped? When I try to equip Astra: Peach Breeze, it unequips one of my other Astra items. :/

You can only have up to two items equipped in the "Animated" state at a time.
Any more than that and they will start to bump each other an disappear, as you have noticed.
