I got the Astra: Swishing Sunset Fox Tail in the dumpster dive the other day and wanted to equip it...when I went to the Avatar customization the item wasn't there, but it is in my inventory list and I can only equip it if I click on the inventory item and click on the "equip item'' button

You can search for it in your customize page to equip it in there.

There've been a few reports of a bunch of animated items not showing up in that tab. Is it missing from your Bottoms tab as well?

yesterday it wasn't anywhere...now it appeared in my Bottoms tab XD
