Anybody Having Problems With "Forgot Your Login?"

Omg, so I am not the only one having an issue? I thought it was maybe a mistake that a GM made or something. o-o

I have had this issue with my other account Serq. I actually just made this account to find more answers why I couldn't login on my main account. x.x Glad I did make a new account to find this. Now I am only hoping that I could login to Serq soon.

I decided to login with my email instead, I found that I get a different notice. Instead of getting the 'Uh oh! Incorrect username or password', It gives me this error message saying 'You have been blocked until you reach the age of 13'. Well I am way over 13. Hope this can be solved!

Browser: Firefox
I didn't use Remember me this time (I use to in the past but I ended up having some laptop problems and had to reboot, which is how I lost my password on gaia so I created new one and couldn't log on at all no matter how much times I try)
I did not have auto fill password on.

Often when I try to log in via the top link it sends me to the oops screen. It happens most often when I hit the "enter" key instead of clicking "log in" when I've entered my password. Sometimes it does it regardless though. I'm using Chrome.

Edit: I've entered my account info correctly when it does this.
