Anybody Having Problems With "Forgot Your Login?"

We're trying to track down this bug and haven't had much luck getting a reproducible case, so I'm hoping that someone on Site Feedback will be able to help me out.

Basically, it looks like some people are having problems with the "Forgot Your Login?" The problematic symptom seems to be:

- you ask for your password to be sent
- you click on the link in the e-mail
- it asks you to enter your password, and then confirm it
- when you try to submit, it says "invalid key"

I would love to find someone that is getting this consistently on one of their accounts; if you get this, please respond below and tell me:

- which browser are you using?
- do you have "Remember Me" turned on?
- do you have any sort of password autofill turned on in your browser?

On my account Meiko_Michan I am unable to login.
When I try it says I have the wrong password/username. So, I click on the request password and it says that my e-mail does not exist with any user.

This has happened multiple time's and each time I've reported it, successfully getting my account back. It's strange...

- Firefox (newest updated version as of today, 4/1/10)

- Remember me IS on.

- I DO have autofill, but even entering the information manually produced similar results.

This error happens inconsistently to me. It is not happening right now, of course, but every now and then I can't even log in for several hours and just leave it alone and it works fine the next day.

hey i couldnt logg on on april 3 2010 at around 11pm and when i got logged offf apparently i couldnt remember my password but when i sent a message i find out that someone took my gold and clothes ! im not sure if i sent this problem here but it looked like there was a trade and i never met this person and when searching for this user they dont exist now what?! mad will i get my things back or not??

This is exactly what I do :

- Open Firefox. ( Latest Updated Vr.)

- Go to www.Gaiaonline.com

- Put in my Main's Username and Password

- I get an error saying that "This is the wrong password, Try Again"

- I keep trying with my password, but it wont accept it

- I send a password recovery email.

- I put in my desired new password

- I click Ok ( Or accept or whatever )

- It says "Please log in with your new password"

- I try logging in with my new password.

- Doesn't accept.

- I go into rage mode and start running around my house

- I calm down and try to fix it.

- BUT I CAN'T !

i try to sign on with my oldest account and it says the password is incorrect so i send it to my email but that doesn't seem to be working either. it shouldn't be an issue i thought maybe someone has gotten into my account but all my items are still there i really hope this issue gets resolved. i should have made an official mule... =|

Like it sent me the email to change my password and i followed the link back to change my password then it was like " invalid nice try" nd now i cant go back to my original gaia /:
