I got the achievement, but not the item. I hate to file a ticket, 'cause it seems like the response is still slow.

I just went ahead and filed a ticket.
That way I don;t get forgotten about.
Or at least, that way it's documented.

STILL missing both the box and the achievement. I would really appreciate a staff update so we at least know someone is looking into this...

I know, right.
Even if they haven't fixed it.
At least just typing up a staff update would show that they care.

Hell, I'm almost to the point were if they posted an update saying "Sucks to be you."
Then, I'd be fine. It would beat hoping for something that might never happen.

I haven't gotten either the achievement or the Santa March item yet and I was on every day of the event and collected all the items.

I'm still missing mine too... I agree that an update would really quell the overwhelming worry and wonder that affected gaians have pertaining to this...
