Actually Atlantis is thought to be somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. There are numerous accounts of letters and such being sent to a place titled "Atlantis." It isn't hard to believe that a natural disater completely inundated a part of a penninsula, island, ect completely whiping out a civilization. However there are also doubts because I believe it was Homer, that wrote about Atlantis and alot of people believe that he might have just been doing it to create a story, create the legend of Atlantis, because Homer also improvised parts of his "epics" to make them more interesting, kinda what Hollywood does today xD

Apparently on the other side of the planet, like if you pushed a line through the earth through the Bermuda triangle, on the other side there is an area with the same phenomenon.

Im more curious as to what happened to the Aztecs to be honest X3

Aye the Aztecs are a definite mystery. I read Guns Germs and Steel by Jared Diamond along time ago in High School for a psychology project, the guy's a genius...really, a very interesting and intriging book, I suggest it to anyone, anyways he says that the Aztecs were probably ravished my some kind of disease, and the survivors eventually assimilated with the natives that the Aztecs had originally used as slaves and ruled over, there is DNA evidence from many that show a common gene that has been linked to the Aztecs, however this is a theory...not sound proof, I need to go read that book again now that I think of it.

You know, I never learned much about the Aztecs. I think it was because I was more into the greeks and romans and that time frame. Course I was also very interested in Camalot..I was a strange child. Everyone else was raving about computer games and movies and I wanted to go to the library. I used to spend my summer vacation reading. I'd get 12-13 books from the library at a time and burn through them in a week.

I was an avid reader until like I hit highschool. I still read just not as much.

But yeah we have had some very interesting convos. I loved reading about Greek mythology. its one of my favorites.

Ima head off to pick up my check and cash it and get to walmart for some things. Get my bro outta the house mostly X3

I think the same goes for the Mayans and also if you look at some of their cities they are exact replicas of our solar system. The buildings and distance between the buildings are models of our solar system including pluto. But we didn't know of pluto until like 1948, so how did they know about it so long ago and without a telescope? Those are some interesting questions :3

I cannot find the pic now but I will keep looking. It was almost like a satellite picture of Antarctica somewhere and there was a definite large structure under it. Some thoughts were that it was the outer wall of a city and such. I cant remember much on it, it was a while ago that this picture was published :3 I hope I can find it again to show you guys :3

There are -so- many things we just don't understand. So many questions..I wish there was an actual way to peer back in time and actually see how things had worked and looked so long ago. Wouldn't that just be amazing? The world had to have looked so much more different. Meh, i am such a dreamer XD

I want to be able to unlock the mysteries about ourselves :3 Figure out the DNA completely so we can essentially create a person how we want them. Kind of like programming xD I want there to be no mystery left inside our own body :3

I am about to leave but did you guys hear about the whole thing with walmart housing doctor clinics? Like they are going to have a Doctor's office based in Walmart >.< I cant believe that crap...i dont know if I would trust the doctor who practiced medicine in walmart sweatdrop

I didn't know wal-mart is doing it, I know CVS has been doing it.

Its mostly for tourists though. They clinic's can't diagnose you with heavy duty things. Its more or less to write you a prescription for Viagra and other minor pharmacy drugs.
