Not all of what was found is sold in the shop. Some of it is too beautiful to be sold, or not really worth too much when it came to antiques. While the shop was repainted and fixed, a lot of things were restored to be used for practical or artistic use.

And that's where this necklace comes in.

This necklace was hung decoratively on the second floor, above the couch against the wall, with a few other bits and pieces that were either broken or pretty. The silver surface and gem were polished till they glittered, and left as decoration in the living room.

Across from the couch, is a TV. This TV was another addition to the living room. It's hooked up to a DVD player, and quite often the TV is used as entertainment. There's only a few movies, and if there's a customer, it's left to do it's thing. But if left too long, it will go off pause and continue.

That's how this happened.

One friday night, after a long day, someone forgot to switch off the TV and the DVD player. They waited for the last person to leave, locked up and went home, forgetting about the movie. It switched back on again, and started to repeat over, and over, and over, and over... till Monday. When someone returned to the shop, they found a teenager sitting on the couch eating breakfast from the fridge.


Now, most Companions or Simu mimic a real person. But there will always be someone different in a way. And this is what this flatsale is about. This Companion is a little different to a normal one. It didn't mimic anyone who was real, it mimicked a movie. This companion will be a teenager, like the others, but will be a lot more independent than most, seeing as it formed no real attachment to anyone living while it slowly started to awaken.

This Simu is a full custom. You decide the movie. You can even have them take after a character in the movie, as long as they aren't that character, (For example... it could be a girl who mirrors Satine from Moulin Rouge. She won't be Satine, but she may resemble her physically at first, and adopt some of Satine's quirks.), a theme of the movie (Like... a mermaid copying 'The little Mermaid'), a DVD menu, a scene of a movie, or something else that comes to mind.

And most importantly, you've got to remember that this Companion isn't from the movie, and won't remain always like how they start. They'll still have some sort of background story of their own which will be the key to their changes in life, so keep that in mind too. ^_^ But they'd always have an affection/obsession for that movie, that can't be rivalled by any other connection save for the one to a Simu.

Important.
Entries in this contest will not be entirely be based on grammar and writing abilities. It's also about imaganation, what characters seem real already, and what people can come up with. ^_^ Just don't forget to spell check, and you CAN get someone who isn't a judge to read and correct entries as many times as you want before submitting.
And, although it isn't entirely about grammar and spelling, making it readable is a really good way to get bonus points. wink xd

• It can mimic parts of a canon character, as long as it is NOT that character. There have to be obvious differences, so we don't infringe on any copyright. razz A boy who looks 100% like Harry Potter wouldn't have even a tiny percentage of his personality or abilities, for example.
  
• Stick to movies that are reasonably well known, or have references to the movie. (Neithie's easily confused, people. Just don't make it <b>'THE BLOB FROM MRS. SMITH'S BROOM CLOSET' -By the eighth grade class at Middle School... somewhere -</b> XD)
  
• You CAN use a movie that is in the theatres still. People may not like it, and it might be wrong... but the person working at the shop might have had a pirated copy of something in theatres.
  
• Entries based on popular movies can be seen as original as entries little-known movies. This is just about imagination, and what you can come up with. You can use a not well known movie, if you can find us a summary and some images.

The Necklace.
See above for the necklace infomation. (This one is a little different.)


The Necklace.
A Simulacrum Companion requires treatment a little differently to a normal Simulacrum. The necklace must be worn. Around your neck, a wrist, as an anklet, so long as it is worn. This is how they'll reflect you, and anyone else they'd reflect isn't too important.
The amount of time these will take is unknown as of yet.

The Young Adult.
Hormones have calmed down! If that's not the first thing the poor young adults notice upon changing, it'll be the second. Now that the teenage years are over, they'll probably find themselves becoming more interested in study of magic, and they'll have to deal with a teenage Simulacrum as their charge. They're more aware of the need for their charge to discover themselves

Adult
Thankfully, by now, he or she would be wise, and their charge will finally have started to listen to them again. Now all they have to do is help them, continue life normally, and whatever friends or lovers they've made along the way, continue the relationship with them. ^_^


True Form
Finally! He or she will have successfully helped their charge get through the life, and now he or she will finally look like their old selves. It's not exactly easy to get to this stage, and they could very well find themselves still an adult while their charge is...
To be honest, this stage is rarely achieved. Sometimes it's not wanted, sometimes it's all they want... but no one really knows how to get it.
