Dreamborn, when applied to humans, means that the lineage of the person in question has inhabited Dream so long that it has affected the genetics. Dreamborn sentients can use Dream magic far more easily and with less damage and danger of insanity to themselves, and may have some kind of inhuman feature - odd eyes or hair, arcane markings, elongated limbs.
