Been busy looking up some new recipes for my son. He adores carrots, so I looked up a couple glazed recipes to try.

Totally failed on a pull-apart pizza I tried.. So going to make these rockin' croissant pizzas tomorrow x.x lol. I know those are good at least! Lol.

Then I might try to make his favorite baby food, apples and chicken. But instead of it being pure mush, gonna try making a more 'chunky' apple sauce and shredded chicken. Num! Maybe with a dash of cinnamon.

I love to cook, just wish I liked more types of food.

Meant to glaze some carrots today but didn't have a chance. Hopefully tomorrow.. Even though Elijah was completely against carrots at the buffet today =( Did pick up some Avocados to give a shot. Will see if he'll eat them whole or if I need to spice them up a bit!

Wright and Phillips dropped off his Pediasure today (Vanilla and Banana Creme!) so now I've got to work that into his daily diet x.x Poor baby, so many things he *needs* to eat/drink every day. Sigh.

I wonder if I could cook with it.. Make cookies or something that takes milk, lol.

Also might look up some Soursop. It's expensive and apparently doesn't taste too good, but it's supposed to be super healthy.

Wright & Phillips! I know that place. My mom had to get her hand splints there. I'm glad to hear they dropped those off. That's mad convenient.

I was genuinely curious about both, because I never heard of either before, so I looked them up. It turns out you can cook with it and soursop sounds good to me. I've never seen it at any of the stores I've been to, though. The one I've been to with the most fruit might be using a different name for it. If I see it, I'll have to try it. That's how I found out quince and guava tasted good. Mmm.

Haha.. Thanks! So far he's drank more of the Vanilla than Banana Creme. You found that it's ok to cook with? Will definitely have to look that up! Hum. Maybe I could freeze the Banana Creme with some extra sugar or such to make an ice cream! He had some of it mixed in with Fruit Loops the other day, lol. Think next month I'll ask if she can send a couple strawberry and chocolate.

Gosh.. I just hope this stuff works and helps him grow! =(

Wright & Phillips is a beautiful company. They helped my Grandma out when she was in need. It was kinda crazy having an actual Wright & Phillips guy in my house. He stayed for a little bit and chatted away. He has a 4 year old son that's as big as his 'normal size' 9 year old daughter surprised It's so crazy! I hope we have the same delivery man next month, he was really nice.

Hum! What is quince? I cut up some Avocado for Elijah earlier today.. He took a few bites but wasn't too thrilled. Think I might try it on PB&J next time, just a small dash of it and work it into his diet.

Still haven't had time to glaze any carrots.. But we did munch on apples today <3
