Welcome to our spring civilian event! This month, we have one premade civilian, one semicustom slot, and one custom slot available, all centered around themes and colors associated with spring. Remember, civilians can be grown into Students through semicustom/custom Student events or normal growth slots, as well as RPed in the City subforum, and do not require approval before RP, so they're a nice way to ease into the setting without the fuss and hassle of

As a special note, you may find it expedient to create a set on polyvore.com for semi/full-custom entries. Any kind of image reference is allowed -- dollmakers, game screenshots, even rough concept sketches.

≡ Leave your drama at the door. If you can’t resolve a conflict civilly, take it to PMs, and/or contact lostandtold for mediation on shop matters.

≡ At the end of this event, I'll announce winners and quote them in the main thread.
≡ I'll be using random.org's RNG to generate a winner for the flaffle; wardrobe contest results may take a few days.
≡ Once a winner is announced, they have 7 days to send trade to the mule -- or to post in-thread indicating that they know they’ve won, and to request more time to get everything together.
≡ If I hear nothing in 4 days, I will PM a winner to see if they got the notification; if I get no response by the end of the next 3 days, the character will be awarded to a runner-up, or rerolled.
≡ A quick post to let me know you know you won, or telling me ahead of time if you won't be around at the end of the event, are both fine. This process is only here to keep a character from hanging in limbo forever.
≡ However, you still need to send trade before your character will be certed!
≡ I do offer payment plans on a case-by-case basis; please PM me (lostandtold) to discuss this.
≡ Once certing forms are posted, the character will be certed and dropped off, a journal will be started, and you'll be free to start RPing.
