I think I might go with the second palate, it does make her look slightly starker, and since she's a horrible job at Albinism that doesn't hurt.

sure :3 you can use just about any coloring method you prefer!

Even Redbird appears to be using what MAY be paint, but the work is so clean and pretty, I can't fault her for it XD I'd rather see clean mspaint work then sloppy photoshop work.

Good question :3 They'd probobly be allowed int he capital and the neutral cities, and perhaps some others too in the name of entertainment. I'm going to do a map later tonight so you all can get a better idea of the world we live in here~

When I shade... do I HAVE to use soft shading, or can I use cell shading instead?

I was using Paintshop for lines, since I didn't have GIMP at that point, that's why they're harsh. Suggestions on smoothing them?
