Some notes on doing cosplays- make sure you read the shotty thread on them. :3 Cosplays have to be kinda, ah, altered to the theme. Ende has some killer examples, but I'm doing a number on my Xigbar, so I'll probobly put him up there when I'm done xD

If you're doing one based on an original character, would it fall under the category of "cosplay" (since it's not like anyone else could call it or anything)?

-Dave Mazoku- Nope, doesn't count. :3 But in the FAQ it covers that a little more in-depth. Make sure all your OCs fit the theme (or dress for it at least!) and don't have any special appendages or anything though! If they do, I would suggest a 'dressing room'(?) type entry, where the character is suddenly transported to this world, and perhaps finds themselves stripped of these things/powers? *A* Could make for interesting RP as well. |
