Well my mom told my cousin to bring her in to see the parakeets. She wouldn't touch them, but she slammed her hand on the cage and pulled on a perch and the parakeets flew everywhere. Then she wanted to touch my 2nd oldest parakeet who is scared of almost everything so she flew away causing the others to do the same. I thought my niece was going to cry but she laughed, a lot XD
