UGH, Sorry about the wait: THings have been hectic and Zephlis has been traveling/away from computer and Holy may or may not have been snowed in.
We will be extending The first round till January: The holiday season is far too busy and we poorly timed our hiring thread. @_@ And then adding an Event to that AS WELL AS having members going on Hiatus because of family was... Um..
Yeah, we're extending it till after January 6th. So you all have till January 7th to enter.

Yes we are now looking for a few Staff Members to add to the SandPaints family. If you are interested please read the guidelines and fill out the application. All applications should be PM'ed to the mule SandPaints
Openings:
Graphics artist: someone who can make banners, headers, and dividers for events and main page.
Editors:
Colorist: Part time and full time needed. Part timers are simply coloring, where as full timers are Experienced artist who can make edits for customs and events.
The Must list:
-Fulltime colorists Must be able to do lineart edits, preferably with a tablet. However, if you have the talent, the hardware does not matter. Lines must match or come close to the line quality of the lineart.
-Must have Photoshop 7.0 or up. The shading templates are created in this program.
-Must be available. We don't want to hire someone who is ultra busy with their own shop(s) or swamped with coloring jobs. It's ok if you have one shop/job that doesn't keep you very busy.
-Must have a positive/upbeat attitude. We don't want to hire a drama king/queen.
-Must follow orders. You will be told what to do and how to do it in some situations.
-Must be willing to work as a team.
-Must understand that sometimes your basic colored pieces may be placed in free raffles and giveaways occationally: If you have pieces you want us to focus on when choosing giveaway prizes, please separate them in a noticable fashion from ones you want to get money for. Otherwise we will select anything from what is available.
-Must have AIM and an E-mail so we can send the files and announcements
Job Details:
Graphic Artist: If Hired you get 4k for new banners, 2k for every divider, and 250g for each one using an existing template afterwards.
Colorist and Editors: If hired you will get 2/3 of the selling price on coloring, and 3/4 if you cert the image, for Flatsale, raffle, custom, and raffle painters.
Breedings you get 100% profits
Full time colorist it's requested that you provide at least 3 male and 3 female commons, 2 rares, every other week, and at least 1 line edit for sale during and 1 low level lineedit freebie for free-games per Event (you will get alerts before events occure at least a month before.)
Part time colorist its requested that you provide at least 2 male and 2 female commons for flatsales, and 1 rare every other week.
Perks:
-All Staff members are welcome to create one Painter of any species for every 20 colored painters (or 5 if they do line edits) made for the shop, for themselves.
- Colorist and Non colorist staff members are able to save up "points" for thier work to get anything from a free precolored common or a free color custom familiar for one of there painters, to Rare customs by other artists or selecting one of their painters and gainining "unlimited" breedings for them. Points are given based on amount of work done.
-Each staff Member also gets a custom Griffin Species colored by Zephlis or mindsend.
