Quick question~
When you say premade PM with color and design modifications, do you mean that the outfit/looks are already done?

Yup, for the most part. It'll be the same lines as Canada and America but with color changes and where America has stars there can be a different symbol. I might be willing to do some hair style changes and maybe add an extra bow or some extra frills here and there on the outfits but then I'll need to re-do the lines.
